By accessing or using the website located at insulationashland.com (the "Site") or by requesting services from Ashland Insulation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request services. Ashland Insulation reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Ashland Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Ashland, OH and the surrounding north-central Ohio region. Services include but are not limited to: spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and insulation removal.
All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals. The scope, materials, and timeline for any given project are defined in the written proposal or agreement provided to the customer before work begins. Scope changes requested by the customer after work has started may result in additional charges.
Estimates provided by Ashland Insulation are based on information available at the time of the assessment. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change after 30 days, or sooner if material costs change significantly due to factors outside our control.
An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. If conditions discovered during work require a change to the agreed scope - such as unexpected moisture damage or hidden structural issues - the customer will be notified before any additional work is performed. No additional charges will be applied without customer approval.
Appointments for estimates and project work are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer.
Ashland Insulation reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases and work to find the next available time that works for you.
For projects where a deposit has been collected, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as materials may have already been ordered and crew time reserved.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal provided before work begins. In most cases, a deposit is due before materials are ordered, with the balance due upon completion of work. Ashland Insulation accepts payment in forms specified in the proposal.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. If collection action is required to recover unpaid amounts, the customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees, to the extent permitted by Ohio law.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling, additional charges, or both.
Ashland Insulation warrants that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable Ohio building codes. Any warranty on specific materials is provided by the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Workmanship warranty terms, if any, will be stated in the written proposal. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of assessment.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ASHLAND INSULATION MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Ashland Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, reliance on Site content, or the performance of services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Ashland Insulation or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
In the event of a dispute related to services performed or these terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to mediation before pursuing litigation.
Any legal action arising from these terms or services performed by Ashland Insulation shall be brought in the appropriate court located in Ashland County, Ohio. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Ashland Insulation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
